Leaving because Lebara is offering 'new' customers a better deal....

Just wondering if other long term customers are looking to leave?
Recently we were away for a few days and ran low on my wife's data account. I checked the availability of a top up and even upgrading her plan. Sadly Lebara are offering new customers a much better deal than existing ones.....so we are both leaving. My plan was £6.95 for 10GB. Lebara offered me a new plan 30GB for £10 which I'm not prepared to pay.
They are offering new customers 20GB for £2.78 for 3 months then £6.95. I could have got a deal from another provider 45GB for £6.95....same network so no coverage difference.....and 5G
Changing provider got me 20GB for £5.95 a month....So sorry Lebara you have fallen foul of not looking after your existing customers and these two are on the way to another provider.......and I thought Lebara was different!!!

This is posted on a "deals" website. I probably can't post the full address... here's a clue. opposite of cold. the letters on the badge you have to put on the back of your car if you take it to Europe and the word in quotes in the first sentence. Follow the text where it says "If you're an existing customer...".

If you can be without making calls for a day or two, you'll leave on a Monday and be back on a better deal on the following Wednesday.

Thanks for that Robert......However I'm already in the process of leaving, being switched today 27/8.
The point I was making is Lebara is no different from all the rest despite all it claims not to be. Essentially it offers 'new' customers a better deal than existing ones so loyalty counts for nothing which is rather disappointing.
