Cannot Receive Incoming calls via eSIM for Pixel Pro Fold

Hi,
I converted my physical SIM to an eSIM. I was told to wait for 24 hours before all the facilities would start to work. However, I cannot receive any calls after waiting for over 24 hours. All other servies are fine, I can make calls, Send/Receive texts, but I cannot receive any calls. The person who is calling just gets the line disconnected or says its an invalid number.

It sounds like something as gone wrong with the SIM swap process Sonia. I would advice contacting customer support so they can take a look and see what's going on.

Martin If it's an 11, they'll just say "not on the website as a supported device"

Sonia was this a pixel 11 pro fold?
