How to Access Your Rewards

I have received an email to cash out my reward for referring a friend and I can't even follow the instructions as there is no View My Rewards at the bottom of the page and the expiration of the reward date is today even though I received the email today.

UPDATE: I found it under "Refer and Earn". This wasn't mentioned in the instructions within the email. I just spent a while clicking through everything.
