Accessing myLebara app and website account as new user

    Good morning, I wonder if anyone can offer advice. I am new to Lebara and have ported my old number over. When I try to access the app, I enter my email, password, then enter my Lebara number and I get sent a code. When I enter the code I get an error message saying that the number is already attached to m**.S**@b***.com account - which is my email. I have tried using the web chat helpline yesterday day and today resetting password countless times and ended up being told "to wait a few hours and try again" .
    Obviously if I can't access my account on either the app or website I shall be leaving lebara ASAP.
    I have an iPhone 13 and all the other features seem to work well.

      Superuser25 Thank you - have tried the chat twice with the same result "it'll be fixed in a few hours" will try the phone link. Thanks

            I'm having similar problems with pretty much everything. I can't even log in, no code is sent to my email. Tried chat but apparently it thinks I'm in Switzerland I'm not, I'm in the UK. I cannot get a stable connection and was left red in the face today when trying to pay using my Google Wallet. It regularly says I've no internet and I could be out of data but this isn't true. I'm getting very very frustrated. I can't even get through to anyone on customer service. I've changed the settings for internet as laid out and I can't find any other way to solve this issue. And I've managed after half an hour to stumble across this community. Can anyone help please??
