SIM Activation Texts never arriving

    Is anyone else having the issue of never receiving the activation text from Lebara? I have tried to activate from both the website and the APP but the message never arrives.

    The website now has a generic "Some users might be experiencing issues..." but I've been tying since before that message was set. Part of me is wondering if Martin Lewis's programme this week has broken their activation process.

    Any tips or is it a wait it out issue without a phone!

    Same here I read on redit that it is affecting many people and to try later. I'm fortunate that I can keep my old sim in 2nd slot for time being. What a fantastic start to a new service to give me confidence - ahem! Is this common though - i.e. service outages?

            Aardvark42 it took me several goes, but eventually all the texts came through at once, so I didn't know which code to use. A poor start from Lebara. Compounded by the fact that now I have filled in their online form and provided my old number and PAC code, they will now take at least 72 hours to port the number over (the earliest date I could select is 27th Jan). Very disappointed.
