Is anyone else having the issue of never receiving the activation text from Lebara? I have tried to activate from both the website and the APP but the message never arrives.
The website now has a generic "Some users might be experiencing issues..." but I've been tying since before that message was set. Part of me is wondering if Martin Lewis's programme this week has broken their activation process.
Any tips or is it a wait it out issue without a phone!

I read on redit that it is affecting many people and to try later. I'm fortunate that I can keep my old sim in 2nd slot for time being. What a fantastic start to a new service to give me confidence - ahem! Is this common though - i.e. service outages?
