My number was due to port on Monday. I lost service from my old provider on Monday morning, but Lebara didn't get service up and running until Tuesday lunchtime. Despite that, I'm now on day 3 with no incoming calls and texts.
I've contacts Customer Service, but they can't find any reason for the fault, so I just have to wait and hope it's resolved. Apparently 'a few' other customers have reported similar issues. Rather wishing I'd stuck with Vodafone at this point as no-one can contact me and Lebara don't seem to know what's going on...!
