No inbound calls or texts

    My number was due to port on Monday. I lost service from my old provider on Monday morning, but Lebara didn't get service up and running until Tuesday lunchtime. Despite that, I'm now on day 3 with no incoming calls and texts.
    I've contacts Customer Service, but they can't find any reason for the fault, so I just have to wait and hope it's resolved. Apparently 'a few' other customers have reported similar issues. Rather wishing I'd stuck with Vodafone at this point as no-one can contact me and Lebara don't seem to know what's going on...!

    Just to add, I tried submitting info via the contact us form (https://www.lebara.co.uk/en/contact-form.html). Despite trying in two different browsers and filling in the "tell us more" box I get an error "Please describe what happened so we can assist you better" and it won't let me send...!

        Superuser25 Thanks. I did use that - they weren't able to help so I tried something more formal so there was a record of the fault.

            I have the same issue for a new Lebara sim which arrived today. Have not kicked off the port-in yet for my existing number. Just stuck the new SIM in a handset and it activated (and received the associated email confirmation that plan is ready to use) but I cannot receive calls or SMS. Outgoing is fine for both. Can't even add the SIM to my Lebara app because I cannot receive the OTP verification.

                monky47 That's not great. I didn't actually try inbound calls for my temporary number... it's possible I'd the same issue. As it is, I definitely wouldn't try a port until someone from Lebara comes on here and confirms the issues are resolved. 3 days without inbound calls and no further contact from Lebara support is really beginning to cause me issues!

                      monky47 Same issue. How long did it take for yours to get working total? Just put sim in and have the activation email. Thankfully have nearly a month before EE PAC code expires.

                        magicoo51889 took about 5-6 hours after activation ie same day. Lunch time to evening in my case. I did ring them on 5588 and explain the problem so I don’t know if that helped.
                        I also went on live chat first which was worse than useless, they said it was a widespread outage affecting all users until I told them this is our third Lebara number and the other ones are working fine…

                          I'm pleased to say all seems to be working now. It's taken from 9am Monday until around 6pm Wednesday plus two sessions with customer services to resolve. But we're there... Hoping the service is robust.

                              Same problem here been waiting over a week, unable to make or receive calls no mobile internet. have a case number very poor service looking to get a new pac code to move away
