Best thing about Lebara is its easy to access voicemail and overall the best 4G and 5G coverage in most rural areas as I have switched from Vodafone I have never found such a reliable fast and very useful mobile provider as they also provide you with a sim ejector tool which is so useful thank you lebara even if I dont win the phone I have not found a provider so providing and easy to use

Three Lebara lines in our household and been with Lebara for a while mainly for the cost effectiveness and roam like home features to India. However, customer support could do with improvements , many times replying to a complaint nearly weeks after a problem is reported and in a bot like fashion. I hope Lebara truly listens when things go wrong as my experiences has not been great from a customer support perspective. I like the rewards feature too . Thanks
