Hi, I’m San and I’ve been with Lebara just over 3 years after having a nightmare with O2 ( and before that Virgin) I had zero signal plus prices kept rising so it was good riddance to them! 😆 I’m very happy with Lebara now.
I have an iPhone 12 mini
I like sketching and crafts, love travelling, and enjoy cooking
Hi community members,
Hope everyone is doing great. My name is Disney. I live in Colne. Lancashire. I have come from India and have been using a Lebara sim since 2023. I was using a Samsung mobile and now I have changed to iphone17e.
I wanted to change my lebara sim to eSIM. But there was no option to select iPhone 17e.
Hi Martin, could you help me out with this, please.
I am Steve, and was very pleased with Lebara until just recently, when suddenly we have no phone network signal in the Britannia area of Bacup OL13 9RY, having contacted customer service on several occasions, each time they say to wait 24-48 hours. This has gone on for well over a week. Still no mobile phone signal, the customer service person said that he would raise a complaint and that someone would contact me on my mobile !!!! my reply was "I HAVE NOT GOT ANY MOBILE NETWORK RECEPTION, THAT'S THE PROBLEM !!!!" Just to clear things, I was speaking to them from a landline.
I dont want to change to a different service provider, but fear that might be the case unless this issue is sorted soon
Hi,
David here, nice to meet you all.
Got a pixel 8 256gb in sage on a 50gb tariff costing £2.80 per month for 6 months then £7.90.
Question - Does this forum have a dark mode setting, I just got blinded lol.
Cheers.
Airline pilot from Somerset here. No issues with data or calls anywhere in Europe, but have to be careful to put my phone in flight mode in Turkey, Tunisia, Egypt and Morocco. Think 90% of my incoming texts are 'Welcome to XXX!' and 'If you are experiencing trouble using the internet....'. Fortunately can turn off alerts for Lebara so they arrive silently. 😊
Hi Martin,
Thanks for the invitation, felt a little guilty at joining at 81 being classed as a junior member was such a compliment 😂🤣😂 we've been with lebara for some years now and never had a problem, excellent coverage and an amazing price structure. Forever grateful Granddad Jon
Hi folks I'm a retired early-60-something, enjoying getting out and about. I used to work as a publicity assistant, a graphic designer and most recently a fingerprint officer so enjoyed a few different careers. I have an iPhone - just bought the 17 which is great. Been with Lebara around 12 months now and it's the only network (bar Vodaphone I guess) that worked at my father-in-law's house in the middle of nowhere 100 miles from us - and EE / Smarty was just a black hole. So glad I swapped when I did as we had to help him move house last year (he doesn't have internet - just a landline) so was up often, and thank goodness Lebara was totally fine - even keeping me in a two-hour queue for Bowie tickets at V&A East whilst we were packing up. Off to France for a road trip at the end of this month so hoping Lebara keeps me on the right tracks... may need a bit more data though as currently on 5GB/month
Nice allebbc! I have the smaller version of the S24 which I'm very happy with. How are finding the Ultra?
Welcome MrsAnnieM!, being a finger print officer sounds fascinating! Good to hear that you're getting decent coverage at your father-in-law's place! Not much more annoying then a dead spot somewhere you are at regularly.
Great to have you on board GranddadJon! Don't feel guilty, we all get a fresh start here on the Lebara community!
