Hi I'm BraccyBird newly joining this community. I've been with Lebara for many years now and think it's fantastic value for money.
Never had any complaints! Just thought I would drop in and say hi.

Hi, I’m a very happy Lebara customer- only snag is sometimes when travelling a lot and away I have been unlucky to be seen to be classed as unfair usage … which I understabut is my only bugbear

Hi, I am Heman, am a happy Lebara customer for past 3 years but currently am facing consistently poor network in my new office near Newtownabbey, North Ireland. Expect Lebara to improve the services

Hi I'm Frank, I've been with Lebara for 3 years now. At home I'm on Vodafone. I used to be on PAYG.with Orange. Then I decided I need data when I went abroad and Lebara are the best price. Currently I pay £5.90 for 5 gb of data plus texts and calls. I'd like to improve on this but I cannot see a way to do so.
I bake bread, weekly and cakes, play the ukulele, play the harmonica
I crochet and tat or should that be I do tatting or as the French call it frivolite, now that sounds more exciting. Currently I am in Bordeaux France, on my way to spend winter in Spain. I think I've gone on long enough so bye x

HemantNI thanks for the intro! I'm sorry to hear that you've been having network issues, have you checked Lebara's network coverage checker for your area yet?

Bigfrank3 Oh wow spending the winter in Spain sounds fantastic! I'll be shivering the winter out here in the UK. Thanks for stopping by to say hello!

Martin yes I did check the coverage and it shows full green for 4G but very poor for 5G, however I am using 4G connection only but data speeds like 2G always. I have also reported the issue on Vodafone portal about coverage in my post code

                        Sut mae pawb! Hello everyone!
My wife and I have had Lebara accounts for some time now for two reasons:
                        1. Cost - very competitive pricing
                        2. Based on Vodafone network which has great coverage in my area (North Wales)
Disappointingly, I had to close my account in June because my new iPhone 16 is eSim only which Lebara does not offer. My new provider is OK but signal coverage is not so good. I'm waiting with bated breath for Lebara to catch up with the main providers who all offer eSims and will rejoin when they do (if prices remain competitive!).
I do like the concept of the Lebara Community forum. I have found some topics interesting and informative. My own interests are those typical of a retired person; gardening, photography and diy! To support the community and my own fitness and mental health, I volunteer every week at the local Parkrun.
Best wishes for the success of the forum.

OK HemantNI thanks for letting me know. If it's only happening in the office it might be a localised issue, I had terrible signal in my kitchen but 5g in the rest of the house for example. I'll see if I can dig up some tips for improving signal indoors.

Welcome on board Diwali! Thanks for the detailed introduction! I'm glad that you like the community so far! It's still very new but we're going to be posting a steady stream of new posts (along with those from members)! We have sections for news, feedback and general non-Lebara chats so I'm sure there will be something here for you.

                            Hi Martin,
Coming up to 3 years as a Lebara customer. Very pleased with the service, the great value, the valuable payment reminders and the way Lebara has continued to offer more services over the time of my membership at no extra charge. I can even get a great signal at my favourite Premier League stadium when many other fans don't seem to get a good signal (must not be Lebara customers??)
