Sort out signal strength. Here in N Wales, literally just under 12 miles from Liverpool and 11 miles from Chester...two major cities, our signal strength is appalling.

        For me,
I'd like to stay with the Vodafone network, best coverage for me. EE just wasn't there when I used it.
        And eSIM options, please.
As it is, it all works great. Although some city coverage is so rubbish, no 5G in some cities, like Bath, with limited 4G. I'm assuming that's a Vodafone issue

When roaming outside the EU and India your roaming add-on is atrocious value compared to a data pack or data and voice pack from an e-sim provider. At least match those prices so we don't have to research and install a roaming e-sim.

Signal strength & quality is the big one for me. I’ve previously been with Vodafone directly & never had signal/quality issues.
since being with Lebara, I do. I was actually beginning to think my phone was faulty as I never seem to get a 5G signal. Tried another (Vodafone direct) SIM card & got 5G immediately, with an additional bar of signal strength.
It’s that bad I’m seriously considering a move to another provider (which would be all my family as well). I’d rather pay £1 more for a fast, quality signal.

istvan I've not noticed poorer voice quality with Lebara, but speeds seem to have got worse since Vodafone started sharing its network with 3 without giving Lebara customers any of the benefits.
So the priority for 2026 should be to improve the network strength and speeds.

A lower priced plan for those of us who never get anywhere near the limits on the current cheapest one please!

I would like to see a cheap data only plan for my holidays in Turkey. ( My phone is not e-sim compatible).

Stop featuring only Samsung phones in your 'deals'. I much prefer Motorola for value and a better Android interface.
If you do use Whatsapp, give us the option to NOT use the Meta service and have all our personal info sold.
Direct Debit remains the best payment option.

I voted for eSim on companion devices. I was previously a Vodafone customer, and it all worked perfectly?? My biggest issue, which wasn't on the list, is the total lack of 5G, despite having compatible devices. Customer services have been useless in dealing with this, so I welcome this community forum. Not least because it is clear from the comments that we can get a better service from competitor providers on the same network...

Those customers who are with Lebara more than one year, should get unique facility.
Carry forward option of unused internet data for the month. For example if a customer has 10 GB per month plan and ends up using 9 GM only in respective month. His remaining 1 GM internet data should be added to next month. 10 GB + 1 GB =11GB this person should be able to carry forward his unused internet data for maximum one year.
