An increase in the roaming data you get in the EU (on an unlimited plan at least)

Allow customers already with you to get another discount without having to leave and then come back

Do not force move existing customers to own core. Do not move to EE and negotiate full access to vodafone3. Enabling existing customers to access uswitch deals etc (without the 6 months intro price)

If moving to EE is under consideration, please, please no! No signal here at home and it’s the same in many rural areas. Otherwise, I am very happy with Lebara as it is.

No interest in any of these options.
More interested in a single person discount for those with a single income than a family discount.

When ordering a roaming add on, I would like the process to be considerably easier to understand how to use it. I bought a 15 day add on for Chile whilst in the UK and still cannot get it to function now I am in Chile. I cannot change the APN either. I cannot see any obvious Lebara support for this problem either. All I get are invites from Lebara to buy it again! A solution would be appreciated.

Roaming that actually works when out in France!! No false promises or contradicting information/advice when speaking to Customer Services (better training....). Better discounts when having more than one account (family account..) Lebara prices are NOT competitive when it come to giving out Data with their plans, perhaps look at increasing Data with all their plans, as all your competitors offer more for less, I will be looking at leaving soon if these recommendations do not get implemented soon!!

Much better coverage is needed in Cornwall. During storm Gorreti, when communication was so important as we had no power, I had no signal at all and it was still pretty much non existent hours later.
I realise that the storm was unprecedented, but others that I know of on different networks, had no issues at all.
I also find that a lot of the time if I need to use Google Maps I lose the signal at a crucial time.
I am therefore now considering leaving Lebara.

Have improved options for overseas roaming, Rather than individual countries, have groups that are geographical, so it's easier to get a roaming package to cover a number of countries. Recently tried to get some cover for while travelling in the Carribbean, but needed a number of different countries that made it prohibitively expensive. Unlike other mobile companies where countries are grouped into zones.

Please add better roaming options to the poll list.
I would love to see better options for roaming to popular holiday destinations like Turkey, Morocco, UAE, USA, Canada etc. The packages you can buy now have a very low amount of data available.

I must be very much in the minority, but I have been quite happy with Lebara for the last 3 years.
I am not so happy with the suggested move to the EE network. With this in mind, if it aint broke, why fix it?

Left EE to join Lebara / Vodafone EE is no use to me, I will have to leave Lebara if they move to EE!
