Considering the price paid in comparison to the main provider, an adequate service is reasonable whether EE or Vodafone.
Maybe those who wish a top of the range service should just sign up with a major provider if they need "bells & whistles"

It’s about time Lebara will start issuing eSIMs. At present the new iPhone Air model only works with eSIM, so I’ll have to cancel my Lebara account when I buy an Air model in a few weeks time.

WhatsApp as communication channel - I assume other channels would remain available for those who don't use it?

Martin None of those, something more useful like being able to put your refer and earn credit on your phone credit

Better coverage / connectivity when roaming.
For the fact its paid for the service, signal, connectivity, etc is often shockingly bad.

                  Hi Martin,
I just read through everyone elses comments and VERY Alarmed at hearing of a switch to EE, that for me is a NO NO NO, as EE have No signal in our town so I would have to leave Lebara, is this really a possibility, how do I get an update on if it might happen as I had heard Nothing until today. Very Worried about this!!!

For me, family plan and esim support, especially if useable with Samsung watches are top. Also would like to see support for MMS and better contention ratios in crowded areas, connection speeds in crowded areas such as stations in rush hour are impossible despite having acceptable 5G signal levels.

Roaming paid for add-ons should cover neighbouring countries. At the moment (e.g. in Balkan countries) you need a different paid-for add-on when crossing from one to the other non-EU country in the Balkans. True in other parts of the world. Anybody might think it was to make more money from customers.

Promotional prices available for existing customers, whilst allowing them to keep the same telephone number.

Hi, what I'd like to see is a guaranteed buy back scheme for phones purchased thryyour site. Obviously it would need to have a required state of the phone, ie full working order no broken glass etc but knowing what you may be able to trade in a phone for in 2 or 3 years helps differentiate the upfront costs of different packages.
