Martin On the occasions I've looked I wouldn't really call them "Rewards" - they're mainly just minor incentives to buy other stuff and discounts offered are small and on expensive things in the first place. Lots of the 'offers' are available elsewhere anyway and most are irrelevant to me.
"Rewards" suggests some sort of freebies or exclusivity, none of which seems to apply!

Not relevant to the poll BUT Lebara can you please do away with the pointless, annoying, irritating 'Not a Robot' picture nonsense. It really is enough to make one not want to bother signing in.

Having thought about it, if you really want to offer rewards what you should do is introduce some form of loyalty scheme where the longer you stay and more you spend you accrue points which can then be redeemed against certain freebies. These could at the bottom of the redemptions simply be things like Lebara labelled mugs etc... which would also promote your service if the users took them to work or whatever. This is more likely to chime with your customer base as after all many came to Lebara not only for a good service but also to save money in comparison to the over priced and greedy mobile networks that dominate the market...

Nigels1961 Yep, great idea, much more "rewarding" than current so-called rewards!

To be fair to Lebara the signal at my home and work address with them is better than 3 and O2.
Only my son's EE SIM performs better - but then he is paying considerably more.
For reference my work is in East London and my home is in the Cambridgeshire area

The rewards aren't really that unique as, you can pretty much get the same offers from other companies such as OVO or searching freebie sites.

I still prefer to stick with Lebara as it's the cheapest network.

I agree with others, rewards such as free Costa or greggs like the way O2 priority used to be or more competitions with Amazon or supermarket Gift cards as prizes.

I’ve looked at Lebara ‘rewards’ but there’s nothing there that I couldn’t get elsewhere cheaper. I agree, signal needs sorting. I’ve still to get my £30 Amazon gift card which I get no reply on.

Thanks to everyone who's voted and commented on this poll so far. There has been some really great insights into how Lebara customers use the Rewards! The poll will be open for a while yet so there is still plenty of time to vote.
