Also: change 10% to 25% with annual Lebara plans! Give customers something big!

Martin I agree with many of the other respondents. Loyalty is worth a great deal to companies. Why peddle ridiculously convoluted schemes that nobody really wants or cares complete with pages long terms and conditions when a simple discount after a suitable lengthy period would be much more appreciated, and generate more business for Lebara too? The administration of these silly schemes must cost a fortune, the companies that run them are creaming off the revenue that could be used to reward your actual customers.

Martin don't waste money on rewards, just keep prices as low as possible, with good quality phone related benefits, overseas, allowances etc.

None of the above - just keep making sure that what you offer is great value and flexible, and NEVER has mid-contract increases.

Martin non of the above, I like the idea of a free month after x months but otherwise keep it simple.
Low cost, good coverage, thats all I want.

I tell you what i'd like...
I'd like simply coverage and be able to make a phone call without cutting off!
and occasionally get more that 1 or 2 bars on my 4G, and data that work
                  that would be enough.
once you achieve that maybe send some extra rewards

Martin I'd prefer no loyalty scheme, but with prices held as cheap as possible instead.
