    Would be great to find an easier way to claim referral bonus, I find it very confusing and definitely not user friendly, there got to be easier method, I have £40 waiting to claim and cannot claim it. HELLLLLPPPPP!

        Thanks for getting back to me, I have a £40 referral bonus which I have tried to transfer over to my bank account, I am having problems with the whole process of transferring.

          Happy to assist NormanR3! So I can give you the correct advise can you let me know the exact steps that's causing you difficulties? You've said it's getting the payment to your account, is it that you cant find the option or is something not working? The more detail you can share the better.

            I am having the same problem. I contacted someone at customer services and they asked the same question as you, i.e. which part are you having trouble with. The whole process of claiming does not work. None of the links you send work and neither do the instructions. I’ve tried dozens of times following the instructions, but i am getting nowhere. The link you send in the email leads to a login page that leads to my own account. And the ‘refer now’ button leads to a new referral not to an option to put in bank details. Everyone seems to have the same problem.
