Yes I will refer a friend, have been telling friends about Lebara, great value.

I’d been with V******e for years and wanted better vfm. Needed good reception so came to LEBARA, and glad I did, great value, easy to manage and superb customer service

I bought 2 30gig sims replacements for EE great cost saving . Thank you
BUT I will never recommend Lebara to anyone. One sim works well but second sim I ported my existing number which has all the security checks , doctor texts/phone calls etc etc. Now when people dial my number you get a message that tells them they have dialed an incorrect number.
After many many calls to Lebara help lines over many months still nobody can call me.
Has anyone got any contacts within Lebara where I can raise this issue to management level ? Thank you

I would recommend 100%. My 2 daughters are Lebara customers. No issues with signal and I am saving so much money. So glad it was recommended to me.

Martin I wouldnt recommend because customer service is suboptimal: I am waiting for over a month now to receive an answer on a ticket I opened asking why the price in My Lebara was not matching the PayPal email notification of my next charge. The answer was supposed to be given under 72h. Again, I am still waiting. Moreover, I was charged the higher price despite what was offered in My Lebara, that is false advertisement or misleading communication at best.

Martin I already have recommended and also got both children their SIMs with Lebara.
