Network reception is still disappointing. I moved from O2 because of frustration with their signal strength, but Lebara (I assume Vodafone) is not much better. Also, the Rewards website is poorly constructed.

Lebara is useless. Spent £30 on Voucher & my account is still the Red! I even had Lebera sort the Voucher, & said it was successful. They still want more cash!

Definitely NO! Website Useless. Advice run by robots. Haven't dealt with a single human being to sort out Top up & changing a credit card to another card. 4hrs of my life, totally wasted.

My daughter recommended Lebara as I was having major problems with EE last year and must say since I have changed to Lebara I have had brilliant reception home and abroad and the reception is fantastic. These are exceptional, I definitely would recommend this to all my friends and family 👍👍👍

I wouldn't recommend Lebara. My wife recommended I join as she was offered the £50 reward, I was also offered 3 months at 50% reduced tariff. I used the link provided by Lebara however neither the £50 or my 50% discount were applied. Despite contacting Lebara on chat who provided an email for complaint and several subsequent emails I have never had a response.

Very pleased with my Lebara sim. I have used it for 6 months and no issues except a considerable saving every month. Used it in India for 8 days at an overall cost of £15. My other provider was charging £7 per day with poor connection. Recommend this provider.

Just returned to the UK from an amazing journey around India and the free roaming and ability to make local calls was outstanding.

Called with fairly simply issue (in Dec) and it remains unresolved with agent not able to help. Complaint was raised with at least 4 follow up emails but no reply to any of these other than the system generated one. They are certainly cheaper - but my experience of getting decent level of customer service to resolve an issue and deal with a follow up complaint has been that it is incredibly poor.
