Problems claiming referral reward

abrahad; Finally got my payout today. Email came through with a link same as before but this time as soon as I logged in to Lebara it went straight to my referrals balance. Seems like the gods in the IT department have answered my prayer ? It might only be ten quid but it's my ten quid ...

Sam problems - the person I referred to should have received a 50% reduction for the first 3 months. Also I was advised that my reward of £10 would be received in 90 days - OK but it should be £30. Telephone chat a waste of time and spent over 1/2 hour on live chat - no resolution.

I'm having problems too. Still waiting a reply. Link I was sent wouldn't go to the claims page to enter details, it just glitches. Now the original email has disappeared!0

abrahad I'm not sure Lebara actually wants to pay rewards. It uses a third party partner one must register with. Very disappointing service. I wont bother referring anyone again. The complicated process isn't worth the tenner they supposedly pay out.

I’ve had the same experience, advised that the referrals were processed and yet it seems to be a very difficult procedure to get the actual monies paid out. It’s as if they want to make it as hard as possible to actually claim.

I received an email stating that I had £30 referral fee. I tried to transfer it to my bank account but it wouldn't work. I have tried the chat who told me to go to the dashboard which I did but it was stating 0.00, called Lebara to be told that no such scheme exists and it was a scam, what else can I do?

I am having problem accessing Aklaimio account . Despite typing in my correct email & password it keeps saying incorrect email or password. Very frustrating . Spoke with Lebara customers services twice and after all the explaining & waiting on hold was told to try again the link in email . Same result . Can’t log in Aklamio a/c
