Problems claiming referral reward

Sam problems - the person I referred to should have received a 50% reduction for the first 3 months. Also I was advised that my reward of £10 would be received in 90 days - OK but it should be £30. Telephone chat a waste of time and spent over 1/2 hour on live chat - no resolution.

I'm having problems too. Still waiting a reply. Link I was sent wouldn't go to the claims page to enter details, it just glitches. Now the original email has disappeared!0
